I have tinkered with this boat for the last two days, just trying to make it turn over. When you turn the key nothing happens except the voltmeter drops down to around 10.5 amps. no clicking or clacking from the starter, no sounds at all.

First off I would have been much more hesitent to buy a boat if I hadn't found this place. I'm also very new to the boat owning experence. My grandfather took me out as a child every summer in his bass boats and I've owned jonboats with 9.9hp outboards.
