Hi, I'm new here and looking for advice. My mercury 60hp runs fine with the muffs on in neutral and at full throttle. But, when in the water, I have very little power at full throttle. Only runs about 15 mph. When in neutral it revs fine. Is this a fuel problem? I'm not mechanically...
