I have a 1985 force I got and when I push on the throttle it goes way too far down before it starts going. I mean it almost goes below the dash! Does this just mean the cable is too long? Any ideas how I could fix this?
So I have to do some replacing of rotten wood on this old boat I picked up (the seat bases) and I was thinking couldn't I just skip the fiberglass and install plastic lumber and calk it all and re carpet? Wouldn't that be easier than using wood and re fiberglassing it? Let me know what would be...
