    Yea, im not sure why this factory service manual lists up to 60 hp and then the next page is about adjusting the idle.

    I have a 1984 evinrude 115 and for some reason the max timing advance is not listed for this motor. The manual goes up to 60 horse or so and then stops. Does anyone know what this is suppose to be set at and if it needs to be backed off 4 degrees for today's fuel? Thanks!!

    My understanding of the uscg plating wouldn't even include a pontoon boat because its not a single hull design. There is a guy at a local lake that holds the world record for the world's fastest tune. Hes got 3 motors on it lol. Dad is mostly worried what the insurance company will say.
