    Can't tell timing marks

    I'm trying to do a sync and link on my 1971 Mercury 115 and ran in to an issue when figuring out the degrees from TDC. I see three dots on the flywheel but the sticker to find degrees is on the engine not on the flywheel... Does the 3 dots on the flywheel = my pointer? Any input? Thanks!
