1st time boat owner and im running into a few probs. i have a 1977 115hp evinrude when i turn it over i get spark on 2 and 4 none on 1 and 3. i switched the orange wires on the power pack and had spark on 1 and 3 so coils are good right? is the powerpack bad? not sure of next step any help...
bought this motor and am trying to start it turn the key the starter spins but dont go up and engage the flywheel. and how many rpms is it suppose to spin? battery has a full charge is it a starter problem?
