just rebuilt carbs in the motor now I get a sneeze when starting so I have 2 new manifold gaskets to get on but need advice on how to check and set timing and advance also some advice on what else i should be checking/adjusting at the same time. added footage to hopefully help diagnose.

Hi... I am after some advice on this water leak, if it is just a gasket or if it is bad and also the best way to lift this motor from the boat as it has no lift hook like other outboards I have had. Can I just lift by the fly wheel with three bolts threaded into the puller holes?
