Does anybody know if dual line O rings are universal? Daviet thank you for your help.

Can anybody help??? My 54 seahorse is finall running. I have done all of the pre running maintance it will start on firts pull and the impellar / water pump is working. However I cant seem to get it out of idle . Could it be a problem with the reed valves??? Any help
