I have a 200HP Mercury that will start right away when i launch, but will not start after we get were we need to go. I noticed oil in the water after i try starting it. I will let it sit for an hour then it will barely start up. I replace the starter soleniod a month ago. Could it be weak batterys?

I have a suzuki 140 when i first start it it stays red and the alarm doesnt come on but after a while it goes away. I recently had the impeller replaced. I didnt have this problem until i ran into a sand bar at the coast. I ran it fresh water and it stays on for a bit then goes off any help...
