Boat runs 3.0 mph in gear at idle...at 800 rpm.
Dealer says cannot lower idle speed.
I need trolling speed at idle to be 1.6---1.8 mph for brown trout/rainbow with downriggers
Do not want to buy kicker motor...
Need right lower motor cowling for 2004 Etec 75 hp blue. Son in law backed it into a tree. New price is astounding.
Any one have this part from a junked motor?

2004 Evinrude E-Tec 75 hp with less than 100 hours. Cranks, idles, and runs great until appx 4500-4800 rpm when the motor immediately drops back to idle speed. Throttle then no longer works.
