I have this engine on a heavy 22 foot pontoon. I just bought the boat and the engine only has 42 hours on it. I am only getting 4500 RPMS the book says 5500-6000 rpms. I have a 14/13 prop. I can go as low as a 14/10 prop. That would bring it up to about 5100 RPMS. Do you have any ideas. IS this...
