i have a 1996 45hp evinrude outboard motor that starts jerking abruptly if it goes above 2000 rpm's. it sounds like it is starving for gas. the guy i bought the boat from says he replaced the fuel pump, and i replaced the fuel line, any ideas what this might be? i tried to clean the fuel filter...
