    Which prop should I use?

    21' 1988 Seaswirl Sable, it has the model 800 5.0 L OMC Cobra outdrive on it. 15x17 prop only spins at 3150 rpm for 22 kts. Shouldn't I get more rpm out of the engine? Any suggestions?
