thanks scott yep you are right exhaust & inlet manifold doesnt line up properly so i still need a head for a 140 year manufacture , 1976 to 1979 model, serial no 4927923 checked out head manufactures and all say 1991 up which is different, so does any one have a good used 140 head to fit...
My 140 head needs replacing I have a earlier head with smaller valves, is this compatable to my engine my head casting no is GM 2778854 engine No 4919943 1978 model i realise it will be down a little on power valve measurements are existing head INLET 1.94 EX 1.6
