I own a 1990 Maxum with a 90 HP Force Outboard. The cylinder in the middle (#2?) is obviously not firing. The spark plug in that cylinder looks brand new with no signs of ever being fired since someone replaced them. I'm also sure that the carbs are completely out of adjustment. Could you...
