    It is just the mercury Blue black oil. I guess after I I change the impeller and the water pump it might clear up.

    It also looks like I have a oil leak somewhere along the lower propeller unit. Not sure from where though. Any ideas.

    I just replaced the thermostat last week. I haven't replaced the water pump or the poppit valve.

    I have a 2006 mercury 115hp optimax and it will not turn over. I replaced the battery, checked the fuel pump, changed the starter and 2 solenoids. I am lost now and need some help. When I turn the key the boat sounds like it wants to turn but doesn't. Amy ideas.

    Yes. I already changed the starter but I haven't checked the fuses yet.
