    2003 90 yamaha quits at low idle

    I have a 2003 Yamaha 90hp outboard. Just had the carb jets replaced. At idle speed engine sputters and or stalls. Runs fine at higher speed. Tried increasing idle but no good. Acts this way in or out of water. Thanks for any help
