I have a 2001 (I think) mercury 25hp 2 stroke.
The serial number on the motor is 0c231703.
When looking for parts etc. I can't find any serial numbers with a "C" in it. Getting to be a pain.
Can anyone help me with this serial number?

I've searched everwhere I can think of and can't find what the pitch is on this prop. I'm wanting to go lower on pitch hoping it will handle the extra weight during duck season.

I already have 10 gallons mixed with stabil and just picked up a can of sea foam. It'll be ran thru a 85' mercury 25XD that's running a little rough. Can I add the sea foam to the gas already mixed with the stabil? Thoughts please.....
I have an 1985 25hp mercury/tiller handle/ with a portable 6 gal fuel tank.
I took it out and primed it, started it. It idled fine. At full throttle it would lose prime. I would simply squeeze the primer bulb and it would pick back up. It would run fine at half throttle.
