How do you find out the details of a prop ie numbers on it?
What is better plastic or stainless steel?
What is the effects of changing props as in pitch, size etc.

Hi there I have just bought a fletcher gto 17 foot speed boat dunno age really. It has a mercury 150hp think its 1970- 1974 engine. At full throttle and trim up a bit the best i can get out of the boat is 38mph at approx 4800rpm.
Is the above speed the best i can get out of the boat or would...
