    Looking for carb for a 16 hp. Suzuki, the one that attaches to the engine block with a rubber boot and not by bolting to the engine block. The engine is a 1981 20 hp.

    I have a 1979 55hp evinrude outboard that looses power when I accelerate the engine. It idles perfectly, but has little or no power from idle to full throttle.
