    When starting from cold will spit water out in neutral but after shut down and restart it won't spit any water out but if it is put in gear it does.

    i just bought this motor used it runs great but the steering is really hard.when it is going across the lake you have to hold in to the tiller with everything u have to keep it going straight.It came with a four blade prop which im pretty sure isnt stock could that be the problem.any info would...
