I would like to know what the max rpm are for my 1989 2.3L OMC Cobra Drive if anyone could tell me. Also, is there a short term max - like pulling someone out on skis and a steady-state max? I guess if it's wide-open, can't get much more than that... Thanks.
I have an OMC Cobra 2.3L Outdrive and I am wondering what I should observe when I operate the drive in a large tub of water. I started it in a tub today and did not observe any water coming out of the outdrive - is there a "peehole" for the water to exit or where does it come out?
