Key switch seems to be shorting. everything will work nin off position, the must turn switch to run for lights , tilt ect to work. switch marked KF 81 local parts store cannot help. anyone got an idea?

I was running and hit a piece of wood, tore up the alum prop bad, very out of balance. Now the tilt will not work, selnoids click but nothing happens. Was working fine untill I hit wood. Could gearing be jamned? how can I release and tilt by hand?
