I recently purchased a 2006 Regal 1900. The current prop on the boat is a 17 pitch 3 blade. From the owners manual I should be around 4800 RPM's WOT. With trim all the way down and 2 people in the boat I'm only getting 4000 maximum RPM's. If I trim up to just under half way (on the trim gauge)...
