I have just put in new brushes in the hydraulic pump motor which is the lift mech. for a 40 HP Mariner engine on a pontoon boat . But I can't figure out how to bleed the system . With pump & actuator on the bench , cylinder will only exstend and will not come back down . Has anyone out there...
