Hi Folks,<br />I have a 1982 Mercury 9.8 hp outboard motor and in order to start it i must choke it, pull the starter rope a 7-8 times and then it will start and quit. I will have to choke it again and it will start and run fine. I have to do this every time i start it even when it is warm like...
