Looking at a Larson Fish & Ski - there are two identical boats for sale in my area - one has the Volvo/Penta 4.3GL - The other has the Mercruiser 4.3L
Which one would you go with?
I have heard they no longer make the Volvo/Penta.....are parts scarce (Similar to the OMC...)

Current prop is 13.75 x 21
Top speed is around 40mph with one person (gps)
Just went with a 14 x 19 3 blade Alum.

Pretty much sums it up......I was boating in some 17-20 knot wind and my RPM's dropped by atleast 600....it was insane!
