I have an old 90hp Chrysler Outboard that won't seem to fire up. It will fire when a small spray of starting fluid is used. After it's started it runs just fine on regular 50:1 mix. I have replaced the plugs and wires with new ones and got the timing to factory specs where it should fire...
I am trying to locate the engine's kill / stop switch. The manual shows two black wires one each leading to a seperate point on the ignition system however there aren't any black wires on mine. Can anybody tell me if it had one and it was taken off and if so can I wire up a universal kill switch?
