    60 horse merc no power under load

    60 horse merc 3 cylinder late eighties cant get any rpm under a load. goes to about half throttle and then boggs out. At idle it gets full rpm. changed the plugs rebuilt the fuel pump. I am at a loss could it be the powerpack, carbs, or just a small electrical problem. Pleases help.<br /><br...
