Motor runs and idles fine, problem is under load WOT it will go to 5200 RPMs for aprox. 100 yards and then drops to 3200 RPMs bogging. Carb taken off cleaned and rebuilt, not dirty from the start. Could this be a power pack issue???? Any info greatly appreciated.
Have 1996 Evinrude 9.9 very good motor have had for aprox 5 years,never any problems. Last week while going to a weigh in at a local tournament motor went from normal 5200 RPM to 3000 rpms @ WOT. Carb removed and checked looks clean, nothing in bowl, looks spotless. New Plugs installed...
