    Yamaha 1991 70 hp water pump question

    Hello, I just bought a 1991 70 hp yamaha. I replaced the impeller today, and wasn't sure if there is supposed to be a grommet where the water tube connects to the water pump housing? I have the seloc manual, which seems to show one. thanks

    1963 3 hp evinrude low compression?

    Hello, I have a 1963 evinrude light twin , 3 hp , it was running (not well) but is now not running, I checked the compression and found it 60# in both cylinders. Is this part of my problem? the compression is the same in both. thanks

    evinrude light twin problem

    Hello, I have an 1963 evinrude lightwin 3 hp (3302s). I just rebuilt the carb and I can get it to idle, but any additional throttle just kills it, and I get gas running out of the carb. I took the carb apart again and checked the float and it seems ok to me. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ...
