1989 Mercruiser 4.3l 2bbl
No start! Has spark and fuel. What else?
Went through everything. Covered all obvious bases.
Seriously, went through everything from completely clean dry gas tank... New/clean fuel filters, made sure carb was completely spotless inside, new iGnition compomponents...
After a few minutes the engine is running on 2 of 3 cylinders. Top plug electrode(flat plug) is filling up with some sort of debris that looks just like melted solder. Any searches I've done are unrelated. I can clean the plug with a wire brush and it will run perfectly for a couple minutes...
