I have a 9.9. It is a 1990. I rebuilt carb, put new fuel pump on. I cannot get it to idle properly in neutral. I also have a second carb i tried and same results. I tried to show in video 1 that it will idle good in forward. I can get it to idle in neutral once warm like video 2. I can get it to idle cold start but too high of rpm like video 3. I've can get the little allen screw on the cam roller follower almost all the way out and to idle smoothly once motor is warmed up. Motor sitting for a while doesn't want to start well and if i do get it to start i have to put in gear to get rpm up a little bit to get motor to stay running. Runs great wot. The throttle on tiller handle does not move at all. I am not overly familiar with the cable. Most of the motors i have worked on have been the gears which allowed some throttle handle movement in neutral. Im trying to decide if i need to adjust the cable or have a bigger issue? Thanks Rob
