I felt the same with Jimmy. I literally cannot remember a time growing up he was not playing at the house or in the car or on the boat.

I didn't know about pink floyd until the wall, I was about 13.

One of the all time greats for sure.
I recently discovered La Thunder doing their cover songs of Floyd and Led Zeppelin.
They do an amazing job.

Thats probly it for a lot of Pink Floyd fans , I got in at Dark side..... . I watched a doco ( Roger Waters saying he was wrong ) about the history of the band and while it did give some insight to the early years I wasnt that fussed .
Led Zep was sorta thrust upon me mid/ late 70,s as I was at boarding school and often stayed at my Uncles on route........he was a cop and that guy banged more air hostesses ....but I digress 😁 they had a few parties and Led Zep was popular ( my mother would have had a 5hit if she knew the half of it .........:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: I remember the day she asked me if I thought he might be gay 🤣🤣🤣 my 1st hernia ).
Good music has got me thru some hard times, funny how when life gets you down that you see the inspiration for some of these " life saving " songs .

Might you be gay son? I recall asking my son the same thing and we still laugh about it. He just didn’t seem to be into girls and was always taking about his guy friends so it had me wondering. I didn’t want him to hide it so I just said if you feel that you might be its fine there is no need to hide it. The look on his face was priceless.
