Is this normal? Wobbles a lot. The original did the same. I thought that the bearing was gone. Brand new in the video does the same.

Welcome to iboats

Perhaps it is not mounted/attached to the Harmonic Balancer correctly
Mine is a few yrs older, but it doesn't wobble like that

definitely NOT normal. Was it ever? Is the boat new to you? There are a number of ways to install it WRONG and have it wobble, but only ONE way to install it and have it run true. Look back through some posts and threads on this subject.

It is a brand new water pump. It came assembled just needed bolt it on with 3 bolts.
I don’t see how you can put it on wrong?

Either the pump is defective or bolts/washers not installed correctly

Is it a Genuine Volvo Part? Was anything else near it replaced as well?

It is an aftermarket part. Harmonic balancer and the pump runs true if you look close. Impeller housing is the one wobbling. The original pump did the same thing.

Take the Pump cover and impeller off and start the engine. Does the Impeller shaft and Pump Base remain Stable?

I will try it this weekend. I assume that 30 sec run without water would not hurt anything.

You don't even have to run it 15 secs to watch the Shaft. The Exhaust System parts are at greatest Risk without Water to cool them.
