Tilt / Trim Motor Torque Specs

Just replaced the tilt/trim motor on a Yamaha 50, 2 stroke. Anyone know the torque specs to tighten it down evenly?

2.9 pound feet. 4 Newton meters.

I appreciate the info. I'm old school. Not sure about the Nm stuff. To translate, you're saying 2.9 foot pounds?

2.9 pound feet

Torque is expressed in pound feet. Not foot pounds.

Many get it backwards.
