Those are close but not exact to my 1998 90HP60*V4 service manual wiring diagram. So here are some educated guesses.
First picture: wiring for dashboard remote control PTT switch (green/white, blue/white). and (Beige/white) PTT gauge.
Second picture: Alarm wires for overheat, low oil, no oil (all beige), ground (black) and tach signal (grey).
Third picture: Looks to be connection to ign switch
