I think this was a 2 part video and the boat was a Grummund . Want to say the military was behind the design. He bought the boat with the wings already on there .

I friend I've never met. We 'met' on another boat forum about 20 years ago and unfortunately we've not met in person yet; we always seem to miss each other by a day or two and neither of us travel much anymore.
