Hello everyone! I recently purchased a Yukon Delta of my own, much like the one Jeff Fro restored. His thread on this forum is the most information I could even find on these boats. I am definitely a rookie and will try to read and search before I ask a million questions! I fell in love with the boat as soon as I saw it for some reason. I will post better pictures soon but here are a few from the marketplace listing.

Welcome to the forum and bless you on your adventure....

Are you new to boating?
Thanks Redneck! I've owned boats off and on from brand new to used for about 20 years. The extent of my restoration has been a floor and new seats lol. I have my father who is experienced in engine work (limited outboard) and body work with fiberglass and resins. I love the boat and love projects so I dont mind taking my time to get the boat done. Engine runs and I got the boat super cheap. It's a 1998 Evinrude Ocean Pro 200hp on a sea drive. Raccoons made the cabin home on previous owners property so I've spent a couple days in a suit cleaning and sanitizing. First up I think is cutting out the floor. Transom is newer and seems solid since it was converted to the outboard.

Good deal sounds like you have a handle on the work you are about to undertake. Keep us posted, we love these threads.

I appreciate the confidence, I don't know that I would say I have a good handle on it lol. I'll try to search and read before I ask questions but I will 100% inevitably be asking questions, I'm not afraid to ask if I don't know and there is a ton of knowledge on this forum!
