04 Yamaha LF225 4-stroke- "Oil leak"

So, I ran my boat ('22 Mako) today and still taking 'maiden voyages' & dialing it in till I feel it's 'reliable'. I trolled for quite a while then took some wide open runs (45sec.) and then cruised around a little.
I discovered that oil, a pretty good amount, is coated all over my motor and dripping from all over. The oil is central right around my driveshaft so, pretty sure it is a main seal. Is it possible to pull the seal without splitting the case? I'd appreciate any incite on this and tips/tricks if I can.. Thanks

Correction: "I discovered that oil, a pretty good amount, is coated all over my motor and dripping from all over. The oil is central right around my CRANKshaft., just under the flywheel.

If you believe it to be the top oil seal remove the flywheel to see how far out the seal has moved. It might be possible to tap it back in place. Then fabricate a retainer to hold it there.

Okay, will check it out. Interesting, have these seals moved in the past, or is common? given the amount of oil seen it makes sense. I'll get into it soon so I can see what's up. I appreciate it..

Update, I finally got to tear into this.
Can anyone help me determine if the top crankcase seal is raised up too much on it's own, or is this the way it sits? I haven't had the opportunity to install one yet and not sure how far down it seats. Thanks
