Next time instead of bits used (drained) crushed. It will meld into the overall pizza more and we are a thin crust family here as well. Unless I'm doing copy cat pizza hut cheesy breadsticks

The wife loves slightly caramelized cauliflower done buffalo style, baked til less than crunchy but not cooked to mushy cauliflower. Served at a restaurant we frequented when I was on the road for weeks. It was about 1.5hr for each of us from 1 point on my route. And during covid, I couldn't cross multiple state borders and maintain access to 1 of our sites.
