Where can I find an impeller kit for my 1961 Evinrude Lark III 40 hp outboard? Model number is 35525.

Try Mastertech marine.
They (Bill Kelly) will have it or they will fix one for you.

Open this link, scroll down to 40 HP and under 1960 to 1970 you will see a Sierra part number. Click on that and the Sierra impeller and the Evinrude impeller will pop up.
