Neighbor had a round plywood disk he made for skiing on. They would take a wooden chair and once they got up they would set up the chair and sit down and get pulled around the lake.

I have a set of late 60's Thomson "Big Boy Specials" they are almost 11" wide and nearly 8 feet long. you can ski behind a 12' row boat with a 15hp motor

I pulled may a skier behind that exact set up back in the early 80s...

12 fiberglass Sears ted williams gamefisher with a 76 15 rude.

I had a 12’ Ted Williams for a while with 7.5 and it was fun I’m sure that 15 hp was a real blast.
For what they were they were decent boats.

Was yours the fiberglass? They were rated for the 9.9 but dad was always a rebel with horespower on the boats...
