No clue but if it has no paper work you may have a hard time getting it registered depending on where you are.

if youre not registering it, then why does it matter who made it?

agreed, it has either been repaired extensively, or made from a wreck.

The boat looks good....until you enlarge the pics and look at details. Crude to say the least. Appears to be a nice paint job to cover the sin underneath.

That paint job is horrible, definitely looks like someone was trying to cover up damage on the hull. In the first few seconds of your video, right behind the strap looks like a big patch to me. All of those edges you see are where paint has chipped off or filler wasn't smoothed out.

Looks like fiberglass hull with metal seating? I see the rivets on the bench, but none on the hull.

Looks like it was homemade / repaired to me.-----But it might be a very strong / durable boat.

How much roughly should i pay u think
Depends on whether the boat just has a poor fnnish or whether it is covered damage, can't tell from the pics. Bottom line is....me personally, not much more than a few hundred if it doesn't leak after an in water test.

Every country has a different market.----I know of a place where I can take home similar boats for free.----

We cannot help you in Ireland both on price and condition. We can help you know more what to look for but is it wood, fiberglass, plastic? Is paint peeling anywhere? Looked like it but need close upa and or a slower video do we can see better. Best thing is find someone around you in Ireland that knows boats. From here and what little we can tell thus far could be a rock and seaworthy as hell or could be a rock and sink just as fast.
