I've been helping the neighbor quite a bit lately with his new computer, the same neighbor who help me put up the cabinets.
I don't really like windows 11 from what little I've seen, aol is SUPER weird, and old file types are really tricky to figure out. Setting up the lifelock account (which is included with aol premium) was a massive hassle that all came down to needing to close and reopen the aol desktop to make turning off the spam filter take effect, which was blocking all of the confirmation emails from norton. Big headache.
Also set him up with credit karma, credit card transaction alerts, figuring out how to access some old file types, got a speaker hooked up, showed him how to properly close tabs and apps on his phone, and lots of other stuff.
I bet I have over 20hrs in this so far.
