New/Used boat in the garage ...

Is it true that possession is 9/10ths of the law? If so, I just got 9/10 of a 1956 16' CrisCraft with a 2 year old Merc 40 on the back. It is a sweet boat. My one brother bought it late last year and we brought it to my heated garage for the winter to protect it from the elements and rodents. The garage bay is a little crammed with the CrisCraft and the 19' Renken SeaMaster, but it all works. Those are in 1 bay and my '76 "50th Anniversary Edition" Smokey and the Bandit T/A is in another. My wife still has her car in a bay, but my Yukon (Snow mover, trailer and boat puller, and 4WD vehicle) and my Terrain (everyday driver) are outside in the elements. Gonna have to add a partially enclosed "carport" to the side of the house! LOL! That CrisCraft sure is perty!
