Talking about nutrition isn’t off track in a diet discussion.OK this thread is going off track but anything in high doses is bad and it specifically states for most people its fine.
This is a better reflection of folic acid, and many other things.

I’m not against recommending dietary supplements to individuals as needed.
I’m adamantly opposed to the indiscriminate mass dosing of populations with chemicals and compounds for whatever purpose.
The US government has a horrible track recorded of keeping harmful compounds out of our foodstuffs.
