I first got hit with allergies on a fine spring morning in 1992 while I was living in Maryland. I woke up and my nose exploded. Went to the doc and got meds. Stayed on them until I moved down here to Florida. Got here in 1998, but didn't have any allergies... for a few years. Then my body got allergic to the new location. Went to the doc and was told it's normal... allergic one place, move and then after a couple years get allergic to the new place. Mother Nature is a *****. 🤪

I take one med year round for Rhinitus, then increase that dose when the pollen season hits, plus add another med. I just changed from one med to a different one that doesn't make me sleepy.

Always something. 😎

I won’t have to worry about pollen until May.
It never bother me until about 5 years ago and now it’s a little worse every year. I could roll around in poison ivy years ago as well but found out the hard way that I can’t do that anymore.

I am the opposite, I used to get poison ivy in the winter now I have not had a rash in years.

I used to be very allergic to poison ivy ... I still get it, but not nearly as bad as I once did. My pollen allergies are not to bad anymore either, but mold still kicks my butt!

84 yesterday.....nasty, nasty storm came through (tornado warning) right before dark.

Lost 4 huge oak trees on our property. A big pine came down on the street in the neighborhood. Main Road was closed with downed trees and power lines until early this morning.

It was 62 degrees when I let the dog out at 5 this morning. As of 10:50 am, 35 and snow squalls

I think we are going to dodge a bullet, tonights big wind and snow event will be missing us headed to the north shore, the Saturday night system looks like it will go south on the I 90 corridor.
