Using a scope I initially seen water coming in under the bottom transom bracket but after taking it home and getting better access I believe the issue is the related to the exhaust. I’ll post a couple videos of what I see. I took the outdrive off and the exhaust manifold so I could get better access. The video is with the boat at home and a water hose stuck inside the exhaust bellow on the outside.
This is not my first boat rodeo but it is my first with a Volvo Penta. None of the links I have found work for the service manuals and I have also tried the VP website. Does anyone have an adult link they can share or email me?
