Hello I have a 1985 Merc 150 v-6 the problem I am having is when trying to go when in water under wot it only bogs down and does not go have had carbs rebuilt new fuel lines, primer ball, stator, trigger I am at a loss runs fine in yard runs good in low speed not when put in water at high speed...
